At Ladd Family Dental, we are always accepting new patients. If you're looking for a dental home, I want to personally issue an invitation to come and be a part of our family. It would be an honor and privilege to have you as a patient.
A little about us: We are a local, family owned and operated practice. We take pride in delivering the highest quality experience and product, and we are always striving to better ourselves as a team in order to serve you. As a new patient, we set aside a specific reservation time just for you in order to focus on you and compile an understanding of how we can help you achieve your dental specific goals and needs.
Here are some highlights you can expect as a new patient during your first visit with us
- From our first conversation, you will always speak with a team member who is in house and available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Casey, our patient coordinator extraordinaire, will expertly guide you through scheduling, insurance, and treatment options, start to finish.
- Upon arrival you will be greeted and can relax in our waiting area. We have fresh coffee, tea and small snacks for you to enjoy. Don't get too comfortable though, waiting is something we try to keep to a minimum.
- After check in, new patients all receive a full series of dental x-rays and photographs. You'll receive a dental cleaning by either Tammy or Kim, one of our experienced, friendly dental hygienists. You'll receive a full periodontal exam to measure the health of your gums. You'll receive a comprehensive exam, oral cancer screening and work up of one or multiple plans by Dr. Ladd in coordination with your goals and desires to get your smile and oral health to the most ideal position.
- You can expect a peaceful, professional environment that is unrushed yet efficiently on time, friendly and honest.
My goal is to tailor our dental recommendations specifically for you and design a customized plan to help you realize your dental goals. The impetus of the new patient exam is not only to come up with a plan for your smile and address any issues, but to begin a relationship that will last a lifetime. Again, it would be an honor to serve you.
